- Forming & Bending – With CNC press brakes, we create bends and curves with pinpoint accuracy—whether it’s simple angles or complex multi-step forms.
- Fabrication & Welding – Our MIG welding and custom forming ensure that components are both structurally strong and functionally reliable.
- Prototyping – Sheet metal prototypes allow clients to test and refine products before moving to full-scale production, saving time and resources.
- Finishing – Finally, our painting and powder coating services add both protection and polish, ensuring components are durable and visually striking.

Aluminum Profile Fabrication/Customization Services
We offer precision cutting, punching, and threading services for aluminium profiles in various shapes, including L-shapes, T-shapes, Box profiles, Flat bars and Custom shapes. Aluminium fittings involve precise manufacturing processes as follows:
- Cutting: Aluminium extrusion profiles in various shapes, including L-shapes, T-shapes, Box profiles, Flat bars and Custom shapes are cut to specified lengths using saws (e.g., circular saws or band saws) or CNC machines for precision.
- Punching Holes: Holes are punched using hydraulic punching machines or CNC punching machines to create precise holes for fasteners or connections.
- Threading: Threads are created using tapping machines or CNC machines with threading tools to accommodate screws or bolts.
- Mill finish (standard) and powder coating (optional) of various grades like 6060, 6063.
